New Grad 2027 – Foundational Analyst Rotational Program (FAR) – Corporate Finance

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities during the two-year, full-time rotational program:
- Rotate through three different teams and build crucial skills in financial analysis, accounting, and corporate strategy.
- Develop a thorough understanding of LPL’s business and the wealth management industry.
- Build strong technical skills, while also learning professional competencies, such as collaboration and relationship management.
- Gain exposure to our Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance leadership teams.
- Meet regularly with your dedicated program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship.
- Cultivate new relationships in a fast-growing network of professionals.

Requirements:
- Candidates must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
- 3.3 GPA minimum.
- Offer is contingent upon completion of bachelor’s degree, successful background screening, and agreement to be local to the Fort Mill/Charlotte office.
Preferences:
- All majors are considered, but finance and accounting majors are preferred.
- 3.5 GPA or higher.
- Strong computer technical skills and proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate, driven, open to new opportunities, and positive attitude.
- High level of motivation and initiative.
