As a Design Engineer, you will contribute to the design, analysis, and optimization of digital and analog circuits for memory products. You will work across the full product lifecycle—from early design and technology development through silicon validation—while partnering with cross‑functional global teams to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective, and reliable solutions that meet customer needs and accelerate time‑to‑market.

Responsibilities

  • Design, simulate, and optimize memory circuits, including schematic development, layout considerations, and performance tuning.
  • Perform circuit simulations using tools such as SPICE and Verilog; analyze and debug results to improve functionality and reliability.
  • Evaluate architectural tradeoffs impacting power, performance, area, and cost while ensuring adherence to design specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product Engineering, Test, Process Integration, Marketing) to ensure manufacturability and product success.
  • Apply AI-assisted design and analysis tools to enhance circuit optimization, debugging efficiency, and design validation processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of CMOS device behavior and memory circuit principles.
  • Experience setting up, running, and debugging circuit simulations using industry-standard tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in memory circuit design, including layout optimization and parasitic analysis.
  • Understanding of CMOS reliability limits and their impact on circuit performance.
  • Exposure to silicon validation, test chip bring‑up, and lab correlation techniques.
  • Experience leveraging AI or AI-supported tools to improve engineering workflows, data analysis, or design efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative, global engineering environments with a strong motivation for technical growth.
