What you'll be doing

As the National Head, Private Bank Lending, you'll serve as a senior leader within the US Private Banking business, with primary accountability for lending strategy, credit oversight, portfolio health, and end-to-end lending execution. This role is intended for a leader who can build and lead a high-performing lending organization, bring sound judgment to complex situations, and establish an operating model that enables bankers to structure, advise, and execute business in the right way. You'll be empowered to assess the needs of the business, strengthen the lending platform over time, and bring forward ideas that improve speed, quality, consistency, and portfolio performance while maintaining strong first-line credit discipline.
