Colorado Springs, CO Remote Mid Level Full-time
MWMD Modeling and Simulations Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our Nation safe.

As a Missile Warning and Missile Defense (MWMD) Modeling & Simulation Analyst, you'll bring your operational, technical, analytical, and exercise planning expertise to support United States Space Command (USSPACECOM) training, experimentation, and Tier 1 Joint exercises. You'll plan, coordinate, build, integrate, and synchronize modeling and simulation capabilities that enable realistic representations of MWMD equities in military space operations.

You'll work alongside exercise planners, operational subject matter experts, mission partners, software developers, and government stakeholders to identify MWMD exercise objectives, determine modeling and simulation requirements, and integrate simulation capabilities into complex Joint training environments. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) by translating training objectives into executable MWMD modeling and simulation plans that support exercise design, planning conferences, execution, and after-action analysis.

You'll lead the planning, synchronization, and integration of MWMD modeling and simulation capabilities that improve exercise realism, enable tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) refinement, validate operational concepts, and strengthen Joint Force integration across Combatant Commands, Service Components, Allies, and Partners.

You served your country as a seasoned operator in a real-world MWMD mission—now, continue your mission with us. Advance your career as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the Joint Warfighter in both the terrestrial and space domains.

Join us. The world can’t wait.
