The Land and Air Defense (LADS) team at Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join the Medium Range Air Defense (MRAD) Product Area as the ICP Business Manager (M4).
The position will provide a tremendous growth opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven finance professional. The candidate will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the ICP Portfolio containing cost-type contracts with projected annual sales of ~$60M. This position requires proactive leadership and interaction with Program Area Directors, Program Managers, functional partners, and customer representatives from finance and contracts teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, execution, and financial objectives. The candidate’s responsibilities include the day-to-day execution of various external customer and internal programs, managing all aspects of Earned Value (EVMS), Estimates at Completion (EACs), proposal support, funding analysis, cash management and invoicing, staffing and resources, and leading a team of financial professionals.
The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as the ability to multitask across program requirements. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize and present information to all levels of management.
This role is being offered in a Hybrid capacity (onsite & remote). The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to one of these locations: Andover, MA; Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; or McKinney, TX. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do
Lead product area EVMS efforts which includes establishing and maintaining program execution budget baselines, collecting actual cost, and analyzing performance while ensuring compliance with program plans and company policies and guidelines
Drive monthly EVMS cadence including budget change maintenance, latest revised cost estimates, and cost and schedule variance analysis
Coordinate and execute the development of quarterly Estimates at Complete per company policy
Develop and present Long Range Plans (LRP), and Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and monthly financial forecasts
Provide thorough financial metric analysis including backlog, revenue, profit, and free cash flow analysis
Ensure timely cash billings to various customers
Prepare and present financial information in monthly program management reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
Provide contract funding analysis to ensure uninterrupted program execution
Support new business proposal pricing efforts and proposal gate reviews
Train and develop members of the Finance team as well as other product area team members

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & a minimum of 8 years finance related working experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years finance related working experience
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Cost & Schedule Controls, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) process
Experience with financial forecasting including bookings, revenue/sales, profit, and/or net cash
Experience with SAP APEX, RPlan, and/or EDIT+, or similar financial management tools
Qualifications We Prefer

Ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize workload, meet tight deadlines, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
