The Opportunity:

As a CACI Data Scientist Operations Integrator working at MARFORSOUTH, you will leverage expertise in the Maven Smart System, Foundry, and Gaia to drive mission-critical innovation. By bridging technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, you will ensure seamless integration, effective training, and impactful use case development. The Contractor shall perform the following tasks:


             Integrate advanced technologies into existing Command and Control (COP) and Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) systems and foster collaboration with stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with operational needs.
             Modernize COP/CIP systems to enhance decision support capabilities.
             Develop and curate use cases for the Maven Smart System in close collaboration with stakeholders.
             Provide expertise in the integration and training of advanced systems to improve operational readiness.


Responsibilities:
              Develop and curate advanced use cases for the Maven Smart System.
             Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions tailored to business needs.
             Enhance situational awareness by integrating modern technologies into COP and CIP systems.
             Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with organizational objectives.
             Conduct training sessions and offer technical support for the Maven Smart System, Foundry, and Gaia.
             Lead the integration of the Maven Smart System with other operational tools.
             Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of requirements.
             Provide updates and gather feedback on use case development, training efforts, and system integration.


Qualifications:

Required: 

             Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
             Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in data science or data engineering. Equivalent combinations of education and specialized experience, such as an Associate degree with 7 years of experience, or more than 11 years of recent specialized experience will also be considered.
             Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Gaia.
             Strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence principles.
             Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
             Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
             Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.


Desired:
              Experience with data analytics and AI in support of Geographic Combatant Command operations.
             Familiarity with COP/CIP systems and related modernization efforts.
             Knowledge of the Maven Smart System and its integration with existing Command and Control systems.
             Experience delivering user training and technical support for complex systems.
             Track record of successfully engaging with stakeholders to implement tailored solutions in dynamic environments.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,000 - $163,800
