Finning Canada is seeking a Warehouse Person (Material Supply Assistant), who will be responsible for general shipping/receiving and warehousing duties at our facility in Calgary, AB.

Job Description:

  • Picking customer and branch parts orders
  • Packing and labeling parts orders for shipment
  • Sorting and binning incoming stock
  • Loading and unloading of the parts trucks

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (Grade 12)
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to successfully work under minimal supervision
  • TDG and WHMIS certification, coupled with forklift training will be considered assets
  • Previous warehousing and core inspection experience, as well as computer literacy are also desired
  • Forklift training, and experience working with radio frequency and bar-coding technology would be assets
  • A strong commitment to safety is imperative

Important Information:

  • This position is based in Calgary, AB on a 5x2 Shift. (Monday-Friday)
  • Hours and shift schedule may be subject to change to meet customer and/or Finning (Canada) requirements. Please note that any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement
