We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Operations Manager to lead the execution and optimization of healthcare professional (HCP) digital marketing for the Libre Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing the digital ecosystem that engages healthcare professionals across multiple channels, including paid media, email/CRM, web, SMS, and professional learning platforms.
This is an onsite opportunity based out of Alameda, CA.
What You’ll Work On
Strategic Digital Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of HCP omnichannel marketing strategies across paid media, email CRM, web, SMS, social, and professional education channels.
- Partner with Brand, Commercial, and Cross-Functional teams to align digital investments with business objectives and product priorities.
- Design omnichannel "surround sound" marketing programs that deliver coordinated and personalized customer experiences across touchpoints.
- Drive strategic audience targeting, segmentation, and activation approaches to maximize engagement and business impact.
- Identify emerging digital opportunities, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
Digital Operations & Channel Management
- Oversee the team who manages end-to-end execution of HCP digital campaigns across all owned and paid digital channels, including media, email, SMS, web, and professional learning portal.
- Ensure operational excellence in campaign planning, workflow management, compliance review, deployment, optimization, and measurement.
Budget & Performance Management
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting to evaluate channel effectiveness and inform future investment decisions.
- Leverage analytics and insights to optimize customer journeys, channel mix, audience strategies, and campaign performance.
- Identify efficiencies and opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness while maintaining fiscal discipline.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of four digital marketing professionals and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Manage agency and contractor relationships to extend team capabilities and deliver business objectives.
- Collaborating with Analytics, IT, Privacy, Regulatory, Legal, and Medical Affairs partners to ensure compliant and effective execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, omnichannel marketing, or related disciplines.
- Proven success leading large-scale digital marketing programs with significant budget responsibility.
- Deep expertise across multiple digital channels, including:
- Paid media
- Email/CRM marketing
- Website management and optimization
- SMS marketing
- Marketing automation platforms
- Educational and learning management platforms
- Experience developing audience targeting and segmentation strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success managing agencies, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to healthcare professionals within medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
- Knowledge of omnichannel engagement strategies and customer journey orchestration.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital measurement frameworks.
- Experience operating in a highly regulated environment.
The base pay for this position is
$148,700.00 – $297,300.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
