The Opportunity

The Manager, Pricing Strategy & Commercial Analytics leads enterprise pricing strategy, commercial analytics, market intelligence, and share performance analysis to drive profitable growth and informed business decision-making. As the organization's commercial expert on market trends, competitive dynamics, pricing governance, and category performance within a seasonal business environment, this role provides actionable insights and strategic recommendations that support revenue optimization, portfolio decisions, share growth objectives, and long-range planning. This leader serves as the primary business liaison between Commercial teams and Contracts & Pricing Operations.

What you'll do

Pricing Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, frameworks, governance models, and business rules that support profitable growth, competitive positioning, and organizational objectives.

  • Define and maintain pricing governance processes and pricing standards to ensure effective and compliant pricing practices.

  • Monitor market conditions and competitive actions, recommending pricing, promotional, and portfolio adjustments.

  • Lead pricing optimization initiatives that improve revenue performance.

Commercial Analytics & Market Intelligence

  • Lead commercial analytics and market intelligence activities, delivering insights on market trends, category dynamics, competition, customer behavior, seasonality, and business performance.

  • Analyze market share and competitive positioning to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic implications.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for market and share performance, translating data into recommendations for leadership.

  • Develop forecasts, scenario analyses, predictive models, and dashboards to support business planning and investment decisions.

Strategic Planning & Business Partnership

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial leaders to establish share growth objectives and support annual and long-range planning.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor on market opportunities, portfolio optimization, and revenue growth strategies.

  • Foster analytical rigor and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Commercial Operations Partnership

  • Act as the primary liaison between Commercial teams and Contracts & Pricing Operations, ensuring alignment of pricing strategies, governance, contractual requirements, and operational execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, market analytics, business intelligence, finance, or related disciplines.

  • Proven success developing pricing strategies and translating analytics, market trends, and competitive insights into business actions.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.

  • Experience with forecasting, business planning, performance management, and analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, market intelligence, or revenue growth management.

  • Experience leading pricing optimization and commercial strategy initiatives.

  • Knowledge of pricing operations, contracts, rebates, and commercial governance processes.

  • Advanced expertise in forecasting, predictive analytics, and data visualization.

The base pay for this position is

$129,300.00 – $258,700.00
