Primary Location(s): Harvey, LA

Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Manager Operation Services will be responsible for leading the administrative and operations service function within a business unit, with accountability for operational performance, service delivery outcomes, and team effectiveness. Ensures efficient execution of business processes, consistent high-quality service delivery, and alignment with organizational and client expectations.

How you will make an impact:

• Managing day-to-day operations and service functions, ensuring service levels, performance standards, and key metrics are achieved.

• Oversees resolution of service issues, ensuring timely follow-up and driving process improvements.

• Develops and implements policies and procedures to support operational effectiveness and clear communication with stakeholders.

• Provides direction aligned with business objectives and uses data to inform decisions and improve performance.

• Partners with internal teams to support service enhancements and process standardization.

• Maintains knowledge of business processes and systems to ensure alignment with operational goals.

• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

• May oversee the departmental budget.

Minimum Requirements: 

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years administrative/operations services leadership experience with knowledge of administrative services operations and business operations; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
