We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Contracts within our Advanced Products & Solutions Strategic Business Unit. This role will support one of the program areas within the Fire Control Radar Sustainment portfolio. This role will be an integral member of the program team, supporting strategic pursuits, negotiations, contract management, and customer relationships across multiple United States Government (USG) programs.

What You Will Do
Work closely with the Portfolio Program Managers and functional counterparts to manage successful execution of contracts
Provide guidance regarding contractual and business issues, advising management of contractual rights and obligations as well as possible mitigation of contractual / program risks
Perform as key contributor during the pre-proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and start up phases of programs
Lead Contracts support to Request for Proposal (RFP) assessments, proposal generation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and compliance with USG regulation and company policy
Support program management and execution reviews
Work independently in a fast-paced / multitask environment
Develop effective partnerships with customers and internal teams
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years' prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' of experience
5 years' of Department of War (DoW) Contacts experience
Experience with US Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and / or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract types
Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with customers and internal partners based on understanding, teamwork, and trust
Professional, effective written, and verbal communication skills to interface with all levels of internal and external customers; thorough analytical skills; excellent interpersonal skills; be adaptable to a variety of business situations
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task across multiple programs and demonstrated record of responsiveness with excellent time management and organization skills
Capability for periodic travel to domestic Raytheon facilities and customer sites

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
