Managed Services Intern

InternStellar Program @HP Bulgaria:

We will use our knowledge and experience to give you a real taste of the most iconic tech company worldwide. We will teach you how to create, execute and celebrate business wins. By joining the team, you will play a role in business strategy, analysis, and operations.

Once you begin your journey, you will be going through an onboarding phase and two game levels:

• Onboarding phase: Taking classroom theory into practice, you will start learning about the business, our secret language, and strategies, and getting to know our amazing people. Your own opinion will count every day!

• Level 1 (6 months): Then you will be given your individual project and play on the battlefield straight away. Of course, we will help you pick-up and conquer challenges.

• Should you show great results at level 1, your contract might be extended for another six months, leading you to Level 2 (Month 7-12): This will be your time to shine and showcase all you have learned so far. Expect to jump-over a raised bar.

As a Managed Services Intern you have a win-win opportunity: Develop your skills to manage the delivery of our printing services, gain real hands-on experience in a corporate environment, then potentially grow your own career through a variety of paths inside one of the world’s leading technology companies.

You will have the objective to support the CDM for managing remotely the operation of Managed Print Services for MPS Customers finding proper balance between customer satisfaction and profitability for HP.

Expected start dates are potentially in February 2027!

What a Managed Services Intern does at HP:

• Provide support to CDMs in handling change requests and addressing customer queries.

• Assist CDMs in daily operations management.

• Facilitate CDMs in preparing operational account reviews.

• Manage day-to-day operational tasks and follow-up the successful completion.

• Participate in projects working on process reviews and process documentation under the supervision of the assigned mentor.

In order to be eligible to participate in this internship, you need to:

• Be current regular university student
