What You Will Do *

• Operate Thermwood, Thermoforming, and other machines related to plastics fabrication
• Perform machine setup and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Ensure products are manufactured according to drawing and quality requirements
• Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring tools and gauges
• Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in the work area

What You Will Learn

• 5-Axis CNC Machining
• Thermoforming processes
• Plastics fabrication and manufacturing processes
• Machine setup, tooling, and quality inspection techniques
• Proper use of precision measuring equipment
• Qualifications You Must Have *
• Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings
• Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers and gauges
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing safety practices
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
