Low Code No Code Information Technology Project Manager

You Have:
6+ years of experience with planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects, including business process modernization using low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Platform or Dynamics 365
3+ years of experience with leading and guiding the work of technical and functional domain staff
Experience identifying risks and issues proactively, before they impact deadlines, standards, or cost targets
Experience with planning project stages and assessing business implications at each stage
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience navigating conflict among stakeholders or team members and resolving it directly
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organization
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Agile PMP Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience managing projects involving Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse or Dynamics 365 modules
Experience with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) frameworks
Experience with cloud tools, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with planning and leading major technology or COTS software assignments to inform technical and business decision-makers
Experience supporting user adoption, training, or change-management for LCNC solutions
Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
Power Platform Certifications
Scrum Master Certification
ITIL Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
