Raytheon Doha is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee logistics and material management activities for the Qatar NASAMS (National Advanced Surface‑to‑Air Missile System) Program. In this role, you will manage key areas including logistics analysis, warehouse operations, and Repair and Return processes to ensure program objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

The Logistics Manager will play a critical role in executing the Long‑Term Sustainment (LTS) Contract by ensuring the consistent availability of spares, consumables, and repairable parts through careful planning, coordination, and performance monitoring.

This accompanied onsite role will be in Doha, Qatar for a long-term assignment under a 2-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with additional compensation benefits and potential extensions.

Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignments including comprehensive post-offer medical examination.   

What You Will Do

  • Lead and coordinate all logistics and material sustainment activities for the Qatar NASAMS Program, ensuring timely availability of spares, consumables, and repair parts.
  • Develop and execute logistics plans and strategies in support of the Long‑Term Sustainment (LTS) Contract, ensuring alignment with program objectives and customer requirements.
  • Oversee material planning, forecasting, and procurement efforts to maintain optimal inventory levels and support operational readiness.
  • Monitor and manage the supply chain to ensure on‑time delivery of materials and services, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, maintenance, and operations, to support program performance and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with RTX policies, procedures, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations, including local requirements in Qatar.
  • Manage and develop a logistics team by providing clear guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to meet program and organizational goals.
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, partners, and customer representatives to support successful program execution.
  • Prepare and present routine reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and contract deliverables to program leadership and customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics effectiveness, efficiency, and overall program support.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6+ years’ experience.
  • Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or materials management within complex programs or environments.
  • Demonstrated background in sustainment activities for defense or aerospace programs; international program experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of operations, supply chain processes, inventory management, warehousing, and overall logistics practices.
  • Experience functioning as a Control Account Manager (CAM), including support for EACs, forecasting, and risk and opportunity management.
  • Proficiency with logistics and supply chain management systems, tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working in the Middle East or other international environments.
  • Knowledge of export and import regulations, compliance requirements, and practices within the defense industry.
  • Familiarity with the NASAMS program or comparable air defense systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide, influence, and motivate teams across global locations.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with a demonstrated focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
