Logistics Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Logistics Analyst you will provide support and expertise in Expeditionary Logistics, develops plans and strategies, support development of solutions to address challenges, and provide subject matter expertise to assist in the development of logistics concept integration of wargaming efforts. You will support staff action and executive product support. Provide logistics analysis as organizations refocusing on the future operating environment envisioned in concepts and a rapidly changing current operations tempo. Future logistics operations will involve the continued integration of capabilities to meet the challenge of seamlessly integrating the needs of the warfighters today with the capabilities required and developing efforts and support required to improve capabilities and lethality by improving expeditionary logistics processes in support of evolving requirements and concepts.
In this role, you will prioritize quality and consistency while helping the team deliver logistics capabilities more quickly, improve adoption, and reduce unnecessary manual effort. Your ability to organize complex information, collaborate across teams, and translate business needs into practical operational solutions will directly improve how logistics delivers capabilities.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience supporting defense analysis and integration
- Experience in developing concepts and wargaming planning, execution, and analysis
- Experience developing logistics strategies at a higher headquarters level
- Experience developing and reviewing tasks in Service-level headquarters task management systems
- Ability to successfully execute strategic plans, and produce creative, high-quality information papers and briefs
- Ability to collaborate and deliver products under conditions of high operational tempo, frequently adjusting priorities and in flux requirements on time
- Ability to interface effectively with senior members of external organizations to develop and support technical positions, and justify technical recommendations
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting Marine Corps modernization or Force Development and Design efforts with CD&I
- Experience with Marine Corps Force Development System, and Marine Corps Capabilities Based Assessment processes
- Experience supporting logistics integration with OPNAV N4, USCG, DCMS, and Joint Staff
- Experience conducting analyses of new and emerging DoD, Service, and Joint Strategies, Concepts, and Wargame reports
- Possession of excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Secret clearance
- Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
