This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do

• Actively support and drive Long Range Planning, Annual Operating Plan, and monthly forecasting process

• Execute all weekly, monthly, and quarterly capital investment deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Play an integral role in the planning, forecasting and Estimate at Completion (EAC) processes for capital investments, providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making

• Prepare and support monthly & quarterly financial deliverables (Status Reporting, Key Metrics Reporting, Management Review Packages, etc.)

• Support Ad Hoc Tasks & Analysis as required

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting, or a directly related field & a minimum of 2 years of related work experience

• Experience with SAP, Standard Business Warehouse reports and/or similar reports

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word and/or PowerPoint

• Experience interpreting and analyzing large financial data sets to support decision-making/reporting

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
