You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in program management, KM, and process improvement
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the DoD or large-scale organization
• Experience with strategic planning and data governance
• Experience with process analysis and re‑engineering methodologies
• Experience with executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
• Ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and teams
• Top Secret clearance
• Master’s degree in Information Systems or Strategic Management
• Scrum Master, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solutions Architect Certification

Nice If You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in the Marine Corps or PACOM Area of Responsibility
• 5+ years of experience with operational planning at the Marine Corps-level staff or higher
• Experience with Communities of Practice (CoPs) and promoting a culture of information sharing and collaboration
• Experience facilitating knowledge transfer and supporting developer teams during solution design and implementation
• Knowledge of MCEN tools and systems, including Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Azure ML, and custom scripting frameworks
• Ability to develop and execute training programs for KM principles, tools, and processes
• TS/SCI clearance
• BPMN or KM Certification
• Graduate of the United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College or equivalent

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
