About The Role

We are seeking an IT Controller with a hands-on mindset to manage day-to-day IT cost control, ensure compliance with finance requirements, and support budgeting, and forecasting for European subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and reconcile IT OPEX / CAPEX, cost centers, and projects

  • Manage invoice reconciliation

  • Keep track of savings and efficiencies

  • Reporting, budgeting & Forecasting

  • Prepare variance analyses, accruals, and month-end close support for IT

  • Maintain IT cost models, allocations/chargebacks, and service cost transparency

  • Build dashboards and reports for IT leadership and finance

  • Track run-rate vs. plan; identify savings opportunities and risks

  • Support business cases and ROI / TCO analyses for IT initiatives

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (achieved or ongoing education) in finance, accounting, information technology, or related field

  • 1-3+ years in IT controlling / finance or similar role

  • Proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint and data analysis tools

  • Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals

  • English on B2 + level

  • Good communication and stakeholder management

  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable with deadlines and audits.
