Summary of role:
GlobalFoundries is seeking an Integrated Marketing Lead to lead marketing strategy, content development and integrated campaign execution supporting key technology platforms and end markets, including CMOS, advanced packaging, Power, automotive, Physical AI and smart mobile devices.
This role serves as the bridge between product teams, end market teams, sales, applications engineering and corporate marketing, translating complex technical innovations into compelling customer-facing messaging and content. The successful candidate will develop and execute global marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement and adoption of GlobalFoundries' technologies and solutions across multiple channels.
Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical curiosity, strong storytelling skills and the ability to independently manage cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept through execution across teams and regions.
Essential Responsibilities:
Global marketing strategy and campaign execution:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support product launches, technology milestones, solution introductions and end-market growth initiatives.
Create annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business priorities, product roadmaps and corporate objectives.
Partner with product lines, end market teams, communications and sales teams to build integrated campaigns across digital, social, event, webinar and content channels.
Define campaign objectives, target audiences, content requirements and success metrics, in partnership with communications.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and business impact.
Marketing content strategy and development
Develop and maintain market content strategies that support product, technology and end-market priorities.
Identify content gaps and opportunities throughout the customer journey and sales funnel.
Own creation, development and maintenance of customer-facing marketing content, including:
Product overviews and brochures
Solution briefs and application stories
Web content and landing pages
Infographics and digital assets
Technical and marketing videos
Webinar content
Speaking materials for executive presentations
Case studies and success stories
Ensure all content meets GlobalFoundries brand, messaging and technical accuracy standards.
Support product naming, trademark management and nomenclature development in partnership with brand and legal stakeholders.
Events and customer engagement
Develop content for customer events, technology conferences, trade shows, webinars and other external engagements.
Create event collateral including booth graphics, digital signage, displays, presentations, handouts and promotional materials.
Support annual GlobalFoundries Technology Summits and other strategic events through content development, presentation creation and post-event content promotion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize content reuse and amplification following events.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, R&D, applications engineers and sales teams to understand customer requirements, product roadmaps and market opportunities.
Serve as the primary liaison between product, end market, communications, digital marketing and brand teams.
Partner with corporate communications on technical storytelling, content promotion and product-related announcements.
Collaborate with brand stakeholders to ensure consistent application of branding, trademarks and messaging standards.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, computer science, communications or a related field.
6+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, technical marketing or B2B marketing.
Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns, content strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer messaging.
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Experience creating content across multiple formats, including digital, web, presentations, video, social media and events.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience partnering with product management, engineering, sales and communications teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in semiconductor, electronics, advanced manufacturing or other highly technical industries.
Understanding of semiconductor technologies, foundry services or electronic system design.
Experience with digital marketing platforms, content management systems and marketing analytics tools.
Experience working with creative agencies, video production teams and external vendors.
Expected Salary Range
$88,000.00 - $177,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
