Instructional Training Facilitator

The Instructional Training Facilitator supports the USTRANSCOM mission by developing, delivering, and sustaining training. This role ensures personnel across USTRANSCOM, Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS), Combatant Commands, and global operational units are proficient in performing workflows, conducting patient movement coordination, executing medical regulating, and maintaining in-transit visibility operations.
On our team, you’ll work with SMEs and product owners to capture your client’s training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission. Putting the student learner at the center of the training experience, you’ll design training material and performance support tools.
This position includes global travel, hybrid and virtual instruction, onsite coaching, and collaboration with Agile development teams to ensure training aligns with system updates and operational requirements.

You Have:
3+ years of experience facilitating and delivering training in classroom and hybrid or virtual environments
Experience using ADDIE or Adaptive‑ADDIE methodology in authoring instructional materials, learning objectives, and knowledge and performance tests
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with DoD patient movement processes, healthcare operations, or transportation or logistics systems
Experience designing multimodal training, including microlearning, simulations, and advanced scenario-based training
Experience supporting Agile development programs
Possession of excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
ISD Certification or equivalent professional training credential
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
