Here's your opportunity to join HP's team as an Inside Account Manager specializing in the Commercial segment. In this role, you will focus on cultivating and growing relationships with customers and partners and by doing so, playing a vital role in helping companies become more productive and secure in hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identifies, qualifies, and pursues high-value business opportunities through market intelligence, industry expertise, and targeted prospecting strategies. Engages senior decision-makers and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Builds and nurtures trusted advisor relationships with prospective customers by developing a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities.
  • Leverages advanced consultative, solution-based, and value-selling methodologies to align customer needs with business solutions, demonstrating measurable business impact and return on investment.
  • Owns and manages complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution, navigating multiple stakeholders, competitive environments, and customized customer requirements.
  • Leads commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract engagements to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing business value and profitability.
  • Provides coaching, mentorship, and sales expertise to less experienced team members, fostering best practice sharing and elevating overall sales effectiveness across the team.
  • Partners closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
  • Develops accurate pipeline projections and data-driven sales forecasts, leveraging market insights, opportunity analysis, and historical performance trends.
  • Maximizes the use of CRM platforms, sales enablement technologies, and digital tools to improve productivity, optimize pipeline management, and drive operational excellence.
  • Maintains a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging market opportunities to proactively position the organization and influence customer strategies.
Impact & Scope
  • Drives significant revenue growth through ownership of complex sales opportunities and strategic customer engagements.
  • Influences business outcomes across multiple functions and may lead large cross-organizational initiatives, programs, or strategic projects.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert within the sales organization and serves as a key advisor on customer acquisition and growth strategies.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales opportunities and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
