Information and Review Analyst I

Nightwing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information & Review Analyst to support an important program in Springfield, Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, organizing, and validating information to support program objectives and informed decision-making.
The role will involve conducting detailed reviews of information and documentation, identifying discrepancies or trends, preparing analytical summaries, and ensuring that information is accurate, complete, and properly documented. The analyst will work closely with program personnel and other stakeholders to assess information, track requirements, and provide timely findings and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Validation: Accurately input data into our systems and perform validation checks to ensure data quality and integrity.
Data Lifecycle Management: Monitor and manage data changes, updates, and obsolescence to keep our records current and reliable.
Change Request Processing: Review, manage, and process change requests in a timely and structured manner.
Time Management: Prioritize daily desk duties independently, meeting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members to support broader operational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is a must; experience with database management or ERP systems is a strong plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage time and track progress on multiple competing tasks.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional, demonstrable commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasks (data entry, research, and communication).
Work Environment: Comfortable in a desk-based office environment. 100% on-site at Springfield, VA location.
High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Administration, or a related field is a plus.
