Nightwing is seeking an expert level experienced Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to design, develop, and implement high-quality, engaging, and effective learning experiences that address complex customer and business needs. The job position is located in Sterling, VA; and occasional CONUS travel.  The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in instructional design theory, adult learning principles, learning science, and modern learning technologies, along with experience supporting complex training programs in dynamic environments. 

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
