  • Develop certification metrics, reporting, and governance recommendations to improve certification effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with application owners and technical teams to understand access models, entitlements, and provisioning/deprovisioning processes.
  • Assess and support the onboarding of applications and entitlement data into SailPoint using appropriate integration methods.
  • Guide application teams through SailPoint onboarding standards, governance requirements, and best practices.
  • Configure, test, and support application onboarding activities throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
  • Support integrations leveraging Active Directory, databases, flat files, and RESTful/Web APIs.
  • Ensure IAM controls, certification requirements, and compliance standards are incorporated into onboarding activities.
  • Support UAT activities, issue resolution, and post-onboarding governance processes.
  • Track onboarding efforts through JIRA and maintain project documentation in Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Produce status reports, metrics, and executive-level updates on certification and onboarding initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SailPoint onboarding, entitlement governance, and IAM best practices.

What We Value

  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow), or similar IGA platforms.
  • Experience with access certifications, entitlement governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and least-privilege principles.
  • Familiarity with application onboarding, entitlement management, and access governance processes.
  • Experience with integrations using REST APIs, web services, Active Directory, databases, and flat-file interfaces.
  • Ability to analyze entitlement structures and identify opportunities to improve certification efficiency and governance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing JIRA for project and workflow management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
