Compensation Overview
The hourly salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual hourly rate for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Will You Do?
- The internship offers a Human Resources and business development curriculum with specific alignment to areas including, but not limited to the following: Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Analytics, and HR Operations.
- As a member of one of these teams, you will be provided with meaningful, project-based work assignments with defined deliverables, while also gaining exposure to HR Senior Leaders, HRLDP alumni and current interns. Our internship allows you to build technical skills, gain business insight and develop professional competencies critical to success in Human Resources roles including leveraging modern analytical and artificial intelligence (AI) tools/platforms with the ability to apply critical thinking to evaluate limitations related to quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred.
- Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic Human Resources concepts and practices.
What is a Must Have?
- Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
