Job Summary

The Global Supplies Business and transformation Manager is at the heart of our Supplies business and ensures we deliver every quarter while helping shape the longer-term strategic direction of the category. In this dynamic environment, you will be at the center of operational execution, executive business management, and strategic orchestration across CO Supplies and Hardware categories and the GBU's.

You will prepare, communicate, and present the Supplies business results and strategic plans to Print leadership, translate insights into clear actions and track progress. As a Global Business Manager you will be driving the operating rhythm, connecting cross-functional priorities, and leading key strategic projects, such developing an AI strategy for the Supplies Category

Responsibilities

  • Lead engagement with Markets to keep track of key strategic projects and key KPIs such as channel inventory, sell-through, and revenue shipments

  • Prepare communications that reflect the results and the outlook of the business, for Print executive leadership.

  • Strengthen the linkage between Supplies and Hardware category strategies by connecting portfolio decisions, go-to-market priorities, installed base dynamics, attach opportunities, and shared business outcomes

  • Develop and drive the AI strategy for Supplies business management by identifying high-impact use cases, prioritizing automation opportunities, and partnering across teams to embed AI-enabled insights into operating rhythms, decision-making, and executive business reviews.

  • Drive special projects as needed to enable operational excellence.

  • Act as a key  partner to Supplies leadership by shaping strategic priorities, driving executive operating rhythm, and ensuring clear ownership, follow-through, and decision-making across key business initiatives.

  • Support operational metrics by working collaboratively with our global markets and key partners such as Supply chain.

  • Translate business performance, market signals, and cross-category insights into strategic recommendations for Print leadership, enabling proactive decisions on growth, profitability, channel execution, and portfolio health.

  • Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strategic enterprise thinker with the ability to connect Supplies priorities to Hardware category strategy and broader Print business outcomes. Passion for learning and understanding our business end to end. From Channel GTM to product development

  • Ability to work collaboratively with our Markets and key partners such GBU, Channels team and Supply Chain

  • Strong leadership skills to guide teams towards achieving key KPIs.

  • Trusted leadership partner who can create alignment across senior stakeholders, and convert ambiguous priorities into clear plans, decisions, and actions.

  • Brings a forward-looking perspective on AI strategy and can translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business applications. Comfortable shaping an adoption roadmap, influencing cross-functional partners, and building momentum for AI-enabled ways of working across business management, analytics, and executive decision-making.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in category, product marketing, product design, project management or a related field.

Salary

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
