Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Answer and route telephone calls efficiently, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other administrative documents.
Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Provide administrative support to senior staff as needed, including preparing documents and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all front desk activities.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Desired:
Certification in administrative professional programs (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional).
Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.
Experience with front desk management software.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
