Summary of Role:
GlobalFoundries is excited to offer a Finance Rotational Accelerator Program for New College Graduates, designed to provide high-potential talent with accelerated career exposure across key areas within the Finance organization. Participants will complete rotational assignments, gain hands-on experience, participate in leadership development opportunities, and build a strong foundation for future finance leadership roles.
Essential Responsibilities include:
Complete two to three rotational assignments that provide broad exposure across Finance and Accounting functions.
Apply finance and accounting principles in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Support Financial Planning & Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Internal Audit, Tax, Finance Transformation, Investor Relations, or related functions.
Analyze financial data and assist in developing financial models for planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.
Support manufacturing cost analysis, cash flow monitoring, and financial performance reporting.
Assist in preparing earnings materials, investor presentations, annual reports, and financial statements.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive finance and accounting initiatives.
Support continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, and controls.
Participate in training, mentoring, networking, job shadowing, and leadership development activities.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Education – Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited degree program. Master’s degree candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Travel - Up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related internship or co-op experience.
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.
Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning & organizational skills.
Interest in pursuing a professional designation such as CPA, CFA, CIA, or CMA.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related business tools.

Expected Salary Range
$59,000.00 - $103,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
