Field Sales Representative (FSR) — Captive | Elevance Health
Location: South Florida – Palm Beach County.
Field: This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement.

We’re building a high-performing, community-first sales team in Palm Beach County—and we’re looking for a licensed, in-market Field Sales Representative who wants the stability and brand power of a captive role with Elevance Health, plus a clear runway to fast-track earnings toward six figures.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven opportunity for someone who already knows the local market, has credibility in the community, and thrives on helping people understand their health coverage options.

The Simply Field Sales & Service Rep will responsible for growing community presence and generating leads through local outreach, events, and partner relationships.
How you will make an impact:
- Building and maintaining relationships with community leaders, organizations, and local businesses.
- Educating and enrolling eligible individuals into appropriate health plan options (within assigned guidelines).
- Managing a consistent activity pipeline: appointments, follow-ups, referrals, and event-based opportunities.
- Representing the Elevance brand with professionalism, compliance, and a service-first mindset.
- Tracking field activity and performance results and collaborating closely with your leader to hit growth goals.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of direct sales or marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Requires Life & Health licensure if required by state law.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Based in/actively working Palm Beach County with the ability to be present in the community daily.
- Demonstrated success with community-based sales, outreach, or relationship development.
- Confidence speaking with diverse populations and explaining solutions in a clear, helpful way.
- Strong personal organization, follow-through, and a competitive-but-ethical drive to win.
