Facilities Professional Program Manager
The Opportunity:
As a facilities professional, you understand that managing complex infrastructure efforts requires strategic coordination, disciplined planning, and relationship‑building across a wide range of stakeholders. We need an experienced facilities program manager who can apply analytical skill, organizational awareness, and proactive oversight to support Marine Corps operations and long‑term facilities objectives.
On our team, you’ll oversee and support engineering, maintenance, planning, and quality‑focused initiatives that contribute to the Marine Corps mission. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary installation activities, track facility‑related requirements, and help ensure projects, assessments, and planning products remain aligned with Government needs. You’ll support planning and execution oversight by reviewing facility data, preparing structured documentation, validating requirements, and engaging with Public Works, engineering teams, and installation leadership to ensure clear communication and mission alignment.
Your structured approach, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex facility information will help maintain operational readiness across Marine Corps installations portfolios. You Have:
10+ years of experience supporting facility lifecycle management, program management, installation operations, infrastructure planning, or engineering coordination
Knowledge of facility management practices, planning workflows, engineering or maintenance coordination, or installation operations
Ability to coordinate with installation stakeholders to support documentation, planning activities, requirement tracking, or scoping actions
Ability to interpret facility or infrastructure data, operational requirements, or planning inputs and synthesize them into structured program management documentation
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting MCICOM, MCIPAC, NAVFAC, or DoD installation management organizations
Experience coordinating across engineering, facilities operations, maintenance management, or planning functions
Experience contributing to facility program documentation, dashboard updates, or planning analyses
Knowledge of FSRM, MILCON, or installation planning principles
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, facilities management, or construction management preferred; Master’s degree in engineering, architecture, facilities management, or construction management a plus
Facilities or project management Certifications such as PMP or CFM Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
