The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Team:
RTX has an opening for a Facilities Move Coordinator – Northeast Region (Sr. Analyst, Facilities) position.
The Facilities Move Coordinator is responsible for workplace occupancy management, space planning, and move execution that support evolving business requirements across multiple Northeast locations. This role partners with business leaders, Facilities Engineering, Operations, Digital Technology, Logistics, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and external service providers to coordinate workplace solutions that maximize space utilization while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Serving as a key liaison between customers and service partners, the Facilities Move Coordinator coordinates multiple concurrent workplace initiatives, maintains the integrity of occupancy and planning data, and supports the successful execution of workplace modernization projects. Success in this role requires strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate workplace planning initiatives, employee relocations, office reconfigurations, and occupancy changes across multiple Northeast facilities. (Sites Include Woburn, Andover, Marlborough and Tewksbury).
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational requirements and coordinate workplace solutions that support evolving business needs.
- Coordinate Move, Add, Change (MAC) activities, including employee relocations, office reconfigurations, logistics support, and workplace readiness.
- Assist in developing occupancy plans, seating strategies, move schedules, and implementation plans for workplace initiatives.
- Maintain accurate occupancy records, workplace data, and space utilization information to support planning and business decision-making.
- Coordinate workplace projects with Facilities Engineering, Operations, Digital Technology, Logistics, Environmental Health & Safety, contractors, and external service providers.
- Support workplace modernization initiatives through effective planning, communication, and coordination.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of occupancy, planning, and workplace information maintained within enterprise workplace management systems.
- Maintain departmental SharePoint and collaboration sites to ensure planning resources, project documentation, schedules, and communications remain current.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, metrics, and planning documentation for leadership and business partners.
- Serve as a resource for workplace standards, occupancy planning information, historical space data, and move coordination processes.
- Coordinate facilities planning documentation, preventive maintenance records, and work management activities utilizing Maximo and other enterprise systems.
- Coordinate municipal permit tracking and supporting documentation for facilities projects.
- Support Environmental Health & Safety initiatives through coordination of compliance documentation, regulatory records, and Leadership Engagement tracking.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance workplace planning, occupancy management, and operational efficiency.
- Travel: up to 15-20% (Sites Include Andover, Tewksbury and Marlborough)
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in workplace planning and a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business Administration or Facilities or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years’ experience in workplace planning, move coordination, facilities operations, or project coordination.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience maintaining operational databases, reporting systems, and workplace planning information.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with Archibus, Maximo, PRISM, VRS, or other Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
- Experience coordinating workplace moves within a large corporate or multi-site environment.
- Familiarity working within represented (union) environments.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) or related project management experience.
- Knowledge of workplace occupancy management, facilities operations, and building systems.
- Ability to Travel

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
