Not RequiredPratt & Whitney is seeking a highly motivated F135 Supply Chain Specialist to join the Unit Level Forecasting team supporting the F135 engine program and sustainment/field hardware demand. This team specializes in understanding hardware demands for maintenance performed at the Unit (military base) level. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting a data migration effort, completing near-term and long-term forecasts for unit or field part requirements, and integrating with various stakeholders, including Digital Technology, fulfillment teams, and leadership. You will contribute to the F135 Supply Chain Management organization by ensuring that demand data is accurate, well-communicated, and actionable for Pratt & Whitney and external stakeholders. You will actively contribute to driving continuous improvement through data migration into a more stable and scalable system, while maintaining data integrity and meeting program needs using CORE or similar methodologies. This position offers a unique opportunity to solve global sustainment inventory optimization challenges, communicate data-driven insights, and collaborate across teams to shape and refine forecasting models.
What You Will Do:
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and analytical tools to monitor F135 supply chain performance, identify forecasting challenges, and support data-informed solutions.
- Perform aggregate demand planning analyses, research, and Target Stock Level (TSL) assessments; validate forecasting outputs and develop data-backed recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align forecasting assumptions, priorities, and requirements, and communicate data-driven insights to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Support the migration of forecasting data products to a mature, stable, and scalable platform using tools such as Databricks, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
- Analyze demand and inventory data to identify trends, assess risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements to forecasting and inventory management processes.
- Travel Requirement: 10% (Domestic).

- Develop experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to improve forecasting and supply chain processes.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in: Supply chain modeling, demand planning, forecasting, process improvement, data analytics, or a related analytical role; analyzing complex data, identifying trends and risks, and developing actionable recommendations to support business decisions; and developing and utilizing metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools to evaluate performance and communicate insights.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Familiarity with F135 sustainment and supply chain operations, military aviation, or aerospace supply chain environments.
- Experience with advanced forecasting techniques, demand planning, inventory optimization, or supply chain planning tools, including the development and use of metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools to evaluate performance and support business decisions.
- Knowledge of CORE or similar continuous improvement methodologies, with experience identifying opportunities and recommending process improvements.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, supply chain planning platforms, or large-scale data environments, including data product development or system implementation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar platforms, and experience communicating analytical insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
