The role of the F135 International Depot Program Manager is one that will use self-initiative and judgment to identify problems and provide planning and guidance for F135 Maintenance Management. You will be responsible for overseeing the programmatic supplier relationship between P&W and the depot’s respective Product Support Provider (PSP) with respect to meeting all contractual requirements. You will team with other P&W value streams to achieve F135 Program goals.

What You Will Do

  • Represent the customer to both the PW and PSP teams supporting the respective depot

  • Provide program management direction to a large cross-functional team of experienced team leaders, overseeing customer contract requirements to ensure quality and consistency in solving site issues

  • Contact key stakeholders to resolve constraints and establish the appropriate improvement plans for contractual performance

  • Responsible for maintaining quality and consistency of service by documenting and identifying trends in customer and supplier service needs

  • Manage statement of work and optimize strategies to efficiently meet contractual requirements

  • Ownership of financial commitments such as Purchase Order placement and invoicing from the PSP and ensure site’s contract budgetary needs are communicated and worked with the Control Account Managers

  • Review annual cost proposals based on workload for reasonableness and drive negotiation discussions for both the prime contract and with the PSP

  • Provide supervisory oversight of the site’s Depot Engine Manager

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Engineering, Management, or Technical degree

  • 10 years of combined program management, leadership, and/or technical experience or an Advanced degree with 7 years of combined program management, leadership, and/or technical experience

  • 5 years experience with propulsion experience

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. (DoD) clearance

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
