RTX has an opening for a Enterprise RunMyJobs Administrator (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) position.

What You Will Do:

• Provide enterprise administration support for Redwood RunMyJobs with a federated team of other administrators.

• Lead enterprise projects associated with Redwood RunMyJobs such as system upgrades, integration with ServiceNow, etc.

• Research and recommend solutions for complex problems using a variety of methods and modalities.

• Collaborate with SAP teams and diagnose application problems and work with SAP teams to implement solutions that address those issues.

• Works with DT Compliance to ensure SAP system compliance with internal and external auditors

• Provide training to new Redwood RunMyJobs users

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed

• Participates in industry conferences, keeps skills up to date, follows industry trends

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for occasional on-site meetings

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelors degree and 8 years of work experience or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.

• Extensive knowledge of the Redwood RunMyJobs application with expert knowledge of the Redwood RunMyJobs data model and ability to build custom reports

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical problems of complex nature such as performance issues and overall end user support with the ability to analyze technologies, technical processes and/or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications

• Prior experience on SAP projects and experience coordinating with vendors on problem resolution and solution design

• Familiar and comfortable with the use of all basic MS Office products – Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Project, Visio

• Ability to network quickly across disciplines to diagnose problems, resolve problems, and innovate

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Visual Basic programming/scripting

• Experience with Oracle, HANA, and other DBs

• Experience with JIRA

• SAFe methodology certification

• Excellent organization skills and project tracking capabilities with strong business acumen and understanding of business functions and processes

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
