Mission Systems Mission Critical Products (MCP) is seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager of Hardware Engineering to lead a mixed Mechanical & Electrical Engineering section within the Multi-Domain Assured Navigation & Timing Applications (MANTA) organization.

This position requires onsite presence in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
What You Will Do:
- Lead a team of highly innovative engineers in the invention, development, build, and test of mechanical & electronic solutions supporting Assured Position, Navigation, and Timing products and technology.
- Oversee the mechanical & electrical engineering execution of internally and externally funded programs and IR&D projects, striving for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Develop innovation strategies via collaboration with internal and external customers and partner organizations across the company.
- Collaborate with personnel across Mission Systems and RTX to support technology transition planning and recommend projects for independent research & development (IR&D).
- Develop and nurture internal and external networks, forging relationships with peers across Mission Systems Engineering, Value Stream leadership, and Operations.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements
- 3+ years experience leading cross-functional technical teams with a passion for challenging and developing people.

- Excellent verbal/written communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiar with product lifecycle to include Operations support partnership.

- Experience in stakeholder management and ensuring that all teams remain aligned to business objectives, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of driving team accountability for meeting project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
