The Electrical CMC Manufacturing Engineer II will be part of a team of talented engineers that work on highly complex Radar products and test sets. You will be working as a member of a production support team and under the guidance of Program Engineers in McKinney, Texas.
What You Will Do
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting systems failing test, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
Investigate failure trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address systemic issues.
Support troubleshooting and repairs for circuit card assemblies (CCAs), sub-assemblies, and systems for programs at McKinney CMC such as ATFLIR, Harpoon, EODAS, etc.
Develop and maintain troubleshooting aids, tools, and documentation to support production and test processes.
Work initiatives focused on reducing cycle time, minimizing touch time, and optimizing overall production costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges in production.
Operate and utilize standard electrical equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, etc.) to support troubleshooting and system evaluations.

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with standard electrical test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
Experience reading mechanical drawings or electrical schematics.
Qualifications We Prefer
Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) product testing and/or Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) products.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), sub-assemblies, or complex systems.
Familiarity with common circuit components, such as Op-Amps, Multiplexers, H-bridges, ADC/DACs.
Experience designing experiments to troubleshoot failures or investigate production issues such as Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations.
Familiarity in reading and interpreting memory maps and datasheets.
Strong skills in data analysis to identify trends and recommend improvement opportunities.Excellent oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Active Secret Clearance.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
