E-Discovery Systems Analyst
The Opportunity:
The Systems Analyst will process both standard data types and special data formats that may be proprietary, mobile device, social media, forensic images, audio/video, etc. These team members should be highly technical and understand Oracle and SQL systems, and they should be able to create python scripts, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Team can expect 3-5 web and/or video captures a week.
- Responsible for processing 3-5 mobile devices weekly, creating RSMF files for loading text messages to Relativity.
- Responsible for helping handle proprietary databases, reports and other non-standard file types
- Expected to assist in the migration of 1 PD of data from Relativity Server to RelOne which will be the most major initiative of the first 6-8 months of work.
- Candidate will be tasked with looking for patterns in data they receive using visualization, advanced analysis tools and AI.
- Other projects include field capture, transcription, language processing, etc
- Candidate may be asked to build out solutions with OIT support and will need to be experts using various technology.
- Knowledgeable in the most modern ETL techniques and solutions engineering, recommending and leveraging new technology to process vast quantities for structured and unstructured data.
Qualifications:
- Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in actually doing the work on the systems being used, usually at least three years of such experience.
- Other systems environments and specific project requirements will call for other specific sets of technical skills.
- Must demonstrate ability to analyze system requirements and translate those requirements into a coherent system design.
- Requires broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server based databases and applications.
- Supervisory or team leader experience very useful.
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in automated litigation support very helpful.
- Undergraduate degree strongly preferred; preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines.
- DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US citizenship required)

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$79,400 - $162,700
