The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking to expand our senior technical team with an eDiscovery Project Coordinator (EDPC)—a senior‑level role responsible for coordinating all technical aspects of electronic discovery for assigned projects and matters. EDPCs work with advanced analytics and assisted review technologies, including Relativity Active Learning, and remain at the forefront of industry trends while supporting meaningful cases for our Government client.

CACI is committed to growing our eDiscovery workforce and offers tuition reimbursement for Relativity certifications and the ACEDS certification. This is a strong opportunity for professional growth within a mission‑critical Federal program.

Are you a senior‑level eDiscovery professional with experience spanning the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) looking for an opportunity to support a high‑profile Federal Government client? If so, this could be the position for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with case teams to develop and apply technical strategies, requirements, and goals across data collection, processing, review, production, and trial.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the discovery lifecycle, providing expert guidance on technology, workflows, and best practices.
  • Advise legal teams on technology options for early case assessment, document search, and efficient, cost‑effective review approaches.
  • Participate in legal proceedings—such as Rule 26(f) conferences—prepare affidavits, and testify on the defensibility of the government’s eDiscovery processes.
  • Oversee the creation of statistical reports summarizing collection, filtering, processing, review, and production metrics.
  • Delegate workflow tasks including data management, search construction, processing, production, and quality control.
  • Coordinate efforts across teams in response to discovery requests and provide regular status reports and metrics for all project phases.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed planning and organizational skills with thorough understanding of the EDRM—especially data collection, review, analytics, and production.
  • Prior experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies such as Relativity Analytics and Assisted Review.
  • Advanced experience planning technical discovery efforts, managing client expectations, and minimizing risk exposure.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of eDiscovery tools and technologies and strong knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Ability to ensure full compliance with secure document‑handling directives.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced production environment while maintaining priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment and effectively collaborate within complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence operating autonomously.

Desired:

  • Undergraduate and graduate degrees strongly preferred; substantial relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.
  • Certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
  • Experience working on Federal Government contracts is a plus.
