The Opportunity

This position works out of our Avon IN, location in the CRM Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats. This position is a functional role that includes shipping and receiving tasks to ensure all shipments are received and/or shipped in a timely manner and per requirements. This position may also include Warehousing & Inventory tasks if applicable.

Shift

Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm

What You’ll Work On

  • Timely processing of receipts and shipments, including international and domestic goods.

  • Cross functional communication and interaction with various functions including regulatory, customer service, supply chain, etc. and others as required.

  • Timely returns processing as applicable.

  • Follow provided control procedures to complete tasks.

  • Complete Warehousing & Inventory execution tasks as applicable.

  • Perform Material Movements both physically and systematically.

  • Generate Work Orders from an ERP system.

  • Perform Work Order Receipts in ERP system.

  • Perform cycle counting.

  • Process stock transfers and material requests.

  • Maintain a neat and safe work environment.

  • Operate material handling equipment.

  • Including potential use of forklifts or other equipment with appropriate training and/or certification.

  • Load and/or unload trucks as required.

  • Some areas will require the handling of chemicals with proper training and PPE.

  • Must work over time as required for business needs.

  • Support all initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.

  • Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma / GED

Experience/Background

  • Minimum 1 year. 1 - 3 years’ experience preferred.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Basic computer skills are required.

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Able to work overtime as the business requires to include Holidays and weekends.

  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.

  • General proficiencies in Microsoft Office and SAP desired.

The base pay for this position is

$18.30 – $36.60/hour

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
