We strive to lower the overall complexity of doing business, accelerate time-to-market for our capabilities and solutions, and guide the continual optimization of cross-organizational platforms. Sitting at the center of the company’s most strategic work, this department drives enterprise-level outcomes across quote-to-cash (QTC) modernization, advanced business intelligence, and cloud journey efficiencies to deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

Job Description

The Director, Transformation & Analytics is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving strategic initiatives, technology transformation, and advanced data analytics across the V&S organization. This leader will oversee a comprehensive portfolio of transformation programs, manage critical platform ecosystems, and serve as a core liaison between IT, Finance, Procurement, Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
The Director will directly lead a team of Product Transformation & Analytics Managers (who target operational gaps and optimize QTC flows) as well as high-potential individual contributors (such as strategic project managers driving complex, cross-functional customer experience initiatives)

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Transformation: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive technological innovation, digital transformation, and M&A acquisition integration projects within the organization. Identify and achieve "quick wins" to build momentum while pursuing long-term enterprise goals.

  • Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence: Partner with data science, UX, and analyst resources to design, manage, and scale a comprehensive business intelligence dashboard infrastructure. Deliver meaningful, data-driven insights regarding organizational health, NPS, and deployment timelines to senior leaders to facilitate executive decision-making.

  • Portfolio & Program Management: Oversee the cost, schedule, and performance of assigned transformation initiatives, ensuring clear portfolio reporting, risk logs, and executive visibility. Guide the optimization of platforms, tools, and workflows to alleviate manual work for internal employees and create better experiences for customers.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships across engineering, finance, legal, operations, IT, and customer success to unblock dependencies, maintain execution momentum, and streamline vendor management.

  • Change Management: Act as a change agent to develop communication, readiness, and adoption plans that ensure smooth rollouts and embed new processes into operational teams.

  • Talent Development & Leadership: Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the office. Mentor and provide direction to both people managers and high-potential individual contributors, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics) is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

  • At least 10+ years of proven experience in technology transformation, strategy implementation, and organizational change management.

  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence platforms, data analytics tools, and methodologies to drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional portfolios or programs, such as quote-to-cash modernizations, system integrations, or cloud optimization journeys.

  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and meeting facilitation skills with a natural talent for bringing clarity to ambiguity.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of building trust across product, engineering, finance, and operations teams.

  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing professional teams, including experience managing people managers or high-potential individual contributors

Target Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 USD.
