Director of Business Process Solutions
The Opportunity:
CACI is searching for a Director of Business Process Solutions to join our team. In the role, you will lead a dynamic team in strategy, design, optimization, and governance of business processes across programs to a strategic customer on a top national priority mission. This leader ensures process efficiency and operational consistency in the delivery of scalable solutions. This role is pivotal to achieving strategic mission impact for the customer while positioning CACI for major growth. This position is a key and targeted investment to plant the CACI flag in a customer office with power and influence. Incumbent program recompete PWIN and additional CACI growth depend on the success of this project. This is a no fail, high pressure mission.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will lead an expect cross-functional team, providing staffing oversight and assigning work tasks. Functions include systems engineers, technology SMEs, knowledge managers, and sustainment experts. Engagement with government leadership spans the range of functional cryptographic roles and corresponding acquisition / contracting staff. Focus on the following priorities:
- Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development of business process-related solutions for major external customers. Define customer needs, determine potential strategies, implement initial solutions, triage and identify gaps, and develop plans/proposals for continued and expanded solution delivery. Navigate acute internal and external politics to overcome barriers to outcome improvement.
- Process Innovation: Analyze customer business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business processes and workflows. Coordinate with internal customer teams to ascertain requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, and certification, testing, and integration schedules. Create conditions for a fundamental paradigm shift marked my major certification and integration breakthroughs.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success and drive continuous improvement. Engage with senior leadership to develop strategy, prioritize improvement opportunities, and report KPIs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary interface with executive government leadership. Conduct intra-agency engagement coordination, senior leadership briefing support, congressional inquiry coordination, and continuity of operations oversight
- Multi-Vendor Integration: Manage the integration of multi-vendor, multi-product programs, legacy and new, in a high-tempo and high-visibility environment, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Executive Communication: Support executive-level communication and briefings, ensuring clear and effective transmission of critical information.
- Strategic Vision and Direction: Develop and articulate a long-term strategic vision for the business process solutions that align with national defense goals and objectives.
- Executive Decision-Making: Make high-stakes decisions that impact the direction and success of major projects and initiatives.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and enforce policies and procedures that ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, senior executives, and industry partners.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in business processes and workflows, ensuring the organization stays ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with business process solutions, ensuring the organization’s resilience and compliance.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and present performance metrics and reports to executive leadership, demonstrating the impact and success of business process solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Top Secret/Secure Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Maryland customer Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Finance, Management, Accounting, or similar).
- Twenty (20) years of experience - or twenty-five (25) years' experience with no BA - supporting national security missions.
- Experience leading process improvement in a government customer environment
- Prior leadership of complex, multi-organizational initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to engage at the executive level and influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical and KPI reporting skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear guidance
Desired:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Additional certifications such as Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or equivalent.
- Experience with Information Assurance Services and Security Mechanism Technology.
- Proven track record of managing multi-vendor, multi-product programs.
- Experience in high-tempo and high-visibility environments.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
