RTX Corporate is looking for a Director, Real Estate Partnerships to join our Enterprise Services team. The Director, Real Estate Partnerships will lead a team to consolidate and manage RTX global real estate contracts. This position will align with global site, BU and leadership stakeholders on vendor consolidation activities to drive consistency, harmonization and contract savings. This role will establish supplier engagement plans and enforce overall governance within the RTX Real Estate portfolio.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute multi‑year sourcing strategies for corporate real estate function, optimizing cost, performance and risk mitigation
  • Serve as the strategic advisor to Real Estate stakeholders on market insights, supplier landscapes, and sourcing best practices
  • Act as lead and escalation point on negotiations for managed services, solutions, and consulting engagements, and digital services
  • Manage end‑to‑end contract processes, including preliminary contract review, redlining, drafting amendments, and coordinating execution for MTAs, MSAs, Order Forms, NDAs, and related documents
  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, risk tracking, and stakeholder engagement using technology and data‑backed insights

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Minimum 15 years Sourcing and Procurement Management with at least 5 years in Real Estate Preferred
  • Experience with sourcing roles and functions, including creating sourcing roadmaps, developing category strategies, risk management, and requirement change management
  • Must have experience supporting clients with global needs and assessing how global factors impact viability of solutions within constraints such as local law, global trade, privacy, etc. 
  • Strong negotiations and sourcing skills with understanding of different contract types
  • Must possess strong collaboration skills enabling effective communication and working internally with functional service owners in Enterprise Services and across business units, as well as externally with suppliers
  • Demonstrated ability to understand financial information, budgets and program performance and develop strategies and business cases to improve performance in these areas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and demonstrated business results working internally with internal functional service owners in addition to external suppliers

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
