About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day digital marketing activities across My Auto Parts (MAP) and Auto Parts Group (APG), assisting with website content updates, campaign coordination, EDM deployment and reporting administration.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and external partners, you'll help ensure digital projects are delivered accurately and on time.
This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure to e-commerce, paid media, SEO, analytics and campaign delivery — ideal for someone ready to step up and expand their capability. This permanent role is based out of Brendale.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Shopify product uploads, website content updates and basic site maintenance.
Assist with digital campaign execution across email, website and paid media channels.
Prepare EDMs and campaign assets using approved content and templates.
Compile monthly digital marketing reports using GA4, Shopify and other reporting platforms.
Monitor website functionality and escalate issues to relevant internal teams or agency partners.
Coordinate briefs, assets and approvals between internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Support SEO and paid media activities by providing content, assets and campaign information.
Liaise with Sales, IT, Customer Service and Operations teams to support digital initiatives.
Assist in coordinating the workflow of the Product Photographer and digital content requirements.
Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines and digital marketing documentation, with the support of the Marketing Manager.
Skills & Experience:
Shopify or strong e-commerce platform experience
GA4 and digital reporting experience
Understanding of SEO, PPC and paid media
Exposure to GA4, Shopify or digital reporting platforms desirable.
Website/CMS experience (WordPress desirable)
EDM experience (Klaviyo or similar desirable)
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Ability to write marketing copy and creative briefs
Understanding of digital marketing principles and eagerness to develop analytical skills.
Technical confidence to liaise with developers and IT
