The Opportunity:
This role offers the chance to shape and advance mission-critical intelligence and operational systems by modernizing CIP/COP capabilities and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as MSS, Palantir Foundry, Gaia, and the Maven Smart System. As a key technical and stakeholder-facing contributor, you will drive collaboration across diverse operational communities, translating complex requirements into effective, scalable solutions. You will play a central part in strengthening situational awareness, improving decision-support workflows, and enhancing overall operational readiness through expert integration, training, and continuous feedback engagement. This position provides a meaningful opportunity to influence how data, technology, and mission needs converge to support the warfighter.
Responsibilities:
Integrate advanced technologies into existing Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) and Common Operating Picture (COP) systems to foster collaboration with stakeholders and deliver solutions that align with operational needs.
Modernize CIP/COP systems to enhance decision support capabilities and situational awareness.
Provide expertise in the integration and training of advanced systems to improve operational readiness.
Develop and curate use cases for the MSS in close coordination with stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions tailored to business needs.
Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with organizational objectives.
Conduct training sessions and offer technical support for the MSS, Foundry, and Gaia.
Lead the integration of the Maven Smart System with other operational tools.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements.
Provide updates and gather feedback on use case development, training efforts, and system integration
Qualifications:
Required:
Current Secret Security Clearance but TS/SCI is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in data science or data engineering.
Equivalent combinations of education and specialized experience, such as an Associate degree with 7 years of experience, or more than 11 years of recent specialized experience will also be considered.
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Gaia.
Strong understanding of data analysis and business intelligence principles.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
