Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to partner with our Cyber Security Operations teams.

This role sits in our Cyber Platforms and Engineering team within the Global Cyber Security (GCS) organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving team as we transform Security Operations into a product-led, customer-visible service model to deliver applications, platforms, and Data & AI workstreams to support end users and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years of demonstratable experience, working cross-functionally in a complex security operations environment.
  • You will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, managing cross‑functional delivery, and aligning security outcomes to business risk and priorities.

What You Will Be Responsible For

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams, managing cross-functional project milestones.
  • Coordinate delivery of Data & AI workstreams, including planning, dependencies, risks, reporting and stakeholder updates.
  • Track technical decisions, assumptions and dependencies so they are visible, owned and progressed.
  • Manage SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the day-to-day delivery interface between end users/stakeholders, technical leads, engineers and third-party vendors.
  • Support sprint, release and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, data and support teams.
  • Support controlled change, adoption, documentation, handover and transition to a live service.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Qualification(s) required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology related technical discipline / Cyber related qualification preferred.

Years of experience:

  • 5+ years in Technical Delivery, Project Management, Scrum, or Service Delivery roles.
  • 3+ years Cyber Security domain experience preferred.

Certifications required or preferred:

  • Knowledge of Security Frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST) required.
  • Security certifications preferred (e.g., CISM/CISSP)

Knowledge of tools or technologies:

  • Expertise in Confluence, Jira & MS Office Suite.
  • Tool Stack Acumen: Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, Data Engineering principles and practices.

Other qualifications:

  • A relevant project delivery certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe, preferred.

Work Requirement

Hybrid Work

  • Requirement: 4 days in office (Quincy, Boston)

Shift Time:

  • Regular office hours

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $157,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
