Cyber Program Manager
Purpose and Impact:
Amentum is seeking a Cyber Program Manager to support our U.S. Department of Energy contract. Position will be based in the Washington, D.C area.
Work Schedule: 5 days, 8hrs
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide management and oversight for Cyber Intelligence (CI) contract supporting U.S. Department of Energy.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- 15+ years managing large federal cybersecurity, intelligence, or IT modernization programs.
- 10+ years managing DOE, DoD, Intelligence Community, or National Laboratory contracts.
- Experience leading programs valued at $25M–$100M+ with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience managing cybersecurity operations, engineering, cloud modernization, SOC, incident response, or Zero Trust initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing staffing, recruiting, retention, subcontractors, financial performance, quality assurance, and executive customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of NIST 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- PMP required.
- CISSP strongly preferred.
- Experience briefing SES, Laboratory Directors, or Flag Officer-level leadership.
Security Clearance Required:
- Active TS/SCI or DOE Q clearance
