This is a multi-faceted Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) position, working in support of Special Programs. The candidate will help develop, administer, and maintain a comprehensive security program in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This individual will be required to routinely interface with all levels of management and government customers.
** This is onsite position in St. Petersburg, FL**
What YOU will do:
Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, and JSIG), as they relate to operating in a classified environment for: personnel processing, media control, marking and control of documents / materials, security education, visitor control, destruction of classified.
Provide security guidance regarding program operations
Develop, prepare, and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to the program such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and addendums,
Operation Security (OPSEC) Plans, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), etc.
Create, update and administer security education, training and awareness to include program indoctrinations and debriefings
Support the testing, shipment, and storage of classified materials.
Maintain a secure facility in accordance with (IAW) ICD 705.
Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and/or Government inspections.
Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports specifying the potential for loss or compromise and the associated risk to the program(s).
Collaborate and assist the ISSO / ISSM on implementation of JSIG requirements.
Program Administrative work: personnel processing, visitor control, conducting program related investigations, TS Accountability, dispatching and receiving program documents/material and resolving other related program security issues.
Maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers and senior management across multiple program sites and business units
Assist in presentation preparation for program status and reviews (internal and external).Ensure compliance with applicable government and company regulations
Ability to collaborate across multiple organization levels (i.e. Individual Contributors to Sr. Executives)This position may involve travel on company business.
Qualifications YOU Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required Day One of Employment.
Prior CSSO experience.
Experience with: NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.
Experience with Microsoft Products.
Experience with DISS, JADE, or other applicable database.
Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)..
Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Willing to travel on company business.
Must be able to obtain and maintain all access as required by the programs.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field of study.
Possess a final TS/SCI security clearance with an investigation not older than 6 years on the first day of employment.
At least 6 years of National Security experience preferred.
Related training with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) including, Security Fundamentals
Professional Certification (SFPC).
Refined teaming skills and understanding of team concepts.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
