We are looking for a Contract Order Administrator 3 to be located in Mesa, AZ.
The Contract Order Administrator will:
- Enter data related to incoming customer contracts for commercial, government, domestic and international customers into applicable business systems using defined computer software.
- Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
- Validate data with applicable customer purchase documents and internal policies, procedures and business system requirements for completeness and accuracy.
- Investigate questionable data and recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Notify appropriate departments of any new or updated data.
- Maintain audit trails.
- Perform a variety of activities in support of the functional areas of Business Management in furtherance of their goals and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications for Level 3:
- High School diploma with 4 years of relevant education or work experience
- Basic experience with government contracting
- Must have Microsoft Excel experience with ability to understand macros and use basic formulas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some experience working with SAP or other Enterprise Resource System
- Some experience or knowledge of government and international contracts
- Associates degree with 2 additional years of related work experience
