The Molecular commercial finance team is looking for a Finance Supervisor to support Latin America and Canada (LAC) Commercial FP&A.
What You’ll Work On
Responsible to understand the main commercial strategies across the Key markets and help to create effective analysis/communication to present financial components to Sr Division Leadership including identifying trend anomalies, risk and opportunities in sales and P&L.
Act as a key liaison with the Global finance team to align deadlines for all the financial planning cycles, information requirements, reports and analysis required to ensure deliverables are submitted timely
Support key regional sales tenders including pricing analysis, risk management for all regions, and collaboration with Pricing team
Ensure a robust planning process that meets Business Unit and Division requirements, while identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency, accuracy, and timely results.
Provide financial guidance to commercial affiliates in the preparation of the revenue and operating budget planning and all relevant reporting requirements.
Provide financial oversight for Global instrument placements and instrument service spend, directly supporting the Global Service Director
Support the on-going product and region profitability assessment and product pricing process including support of margin & profitability initiatives
Ensure reporting requirements to BU, Division, and Corporate are met in accordance with established calendars and timelines.
Prepare and present Integrated Business Process (IBP) to align financial goals with commercial team
Perform other Ad-hoc tasks as required by Area, Division, Corporate.
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. Support affiliates in activities related to accounting policies and procedures, consistent with General Accepted Accounting Practices and AI policies, Corporate Financial Procedures, and sound business practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Four (4) plus years of accounting or finance related experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with financial and/or accounting supervisory roles, with strong people and communication skills and ability to interact with diverse and senior levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a plus but not required.

The base pay for this position is
$86,700.00 – $173,300.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
